Introduction
Kinda cold, but not too bad. Second tuesday we’ve held Virtuosity since adding it and had good HC’s though a few had to pull last minute. Not a problem – 10 of there was a good number. I was looking forward to this one as it focused on strength building vs so much cardio. I hope everyone is sore after this one.

Thang 1:
Introducing Popcorn (or the BJ Hurley Burpee). Burpee -> Bonnie Blair -> Jump Squat -> Bobby Hurley and finally another Burpee.
Do 1 popcorn, 10 merkins, bear crawl 20ft. 2 popcorns, 20 merkins, bearcrawl 20ft. keep ascending… till time.
Thang 2:
2 minute wall sit with coupon, then 20ft alligator merkins, 100 lbcs, alligator merkin back, SSH till 6 in, then another 2 minute wall sit.
Thang 3:
Colt 45’s, 5reps each segment, total of 5 circuits. (5×5). 150 tight arm circles. Repeat.
