I shared a story form my small group.
The night before we had been studying about prayer and study (very interesting based on where we are in the Q Source right now) and I had a bit of a revelation
One of the guys in my small group said that he did not think he had ever heard the Holy Spirit guiding him. Several nodded in agreement. At that moment I had a minor epiphany. What is the holy spirit is not some big booming voice telling you to save the orphans but just that small voice that says… “Take the carrot not the cake”… “Don’t cut that guy off”…”don’t flick yell at the guy who cut you off”… What is what we think of as conscience is just the spirit of the creator trying to provide us guidance.
Let that roll around in your noggin nd maybe next time you go for the donuts you won’t think it guilt but the big man upstairs trying to keep you on the path.
