My COTs have been pretty serious topics so decided to go with an important but more light hearted one today: Flushable wipes
Public service announcement for Flush and SewerPipe.
Wipes that say “flushable” on the package are the target. yes, they go down the toilet when you flush. But there are lots of things that you can flush down the toilet but you shouldn’t. 3 Ps are the only thing that you should flush. Let’s help out our public works departments (and lower costs to our residents) by throwing anything but the 3 Ps in the trash.

It was a great morning ITG with low 60s temps and almost no wind. I was really looking forward to Qing this morning and wanted to deliver a workout that was tough but enjoyable…This being one of the last nice mornings of the year. Running around the tower and hanging out with a great group of guys really made it worthwhile. I like the group size of 10-ish PAX, because I can usually at least have a quick chat with everyone.
A long coffeeteria followed with some good conversation. Seemed like everyone was taking it slow and just taking in a beautiful morning. Hope everyone enjoyed it as much as me!
