My first post with F3 was 2 years ago, here at Black Panther.  I had heard about F3 from Choppy, Elmer Fudd, Urkel and Wilson months earlier at church and had planned to come out in May after Tax season ended.  But life happened and I spent most of that summer dealing with the stress of moving to a new house and finally selling my old one after several offers had fallen through.  By September, I was finally ready.  I tried to surprise them and post here on a Saturday, but it happened to be the weekend of the 1st anniversary convergence so no one was here.  After talking with them the next day at church, I confirmed the correct time and location for the following week.

Wilson was on Q and I got paired up with Mrs. Doubtfire for most of the workout.  I was impressed by this group of men coming out in the gloom to push each other and better themselves.  My next post I met Bob Ross.  Every time I saw him after that, he reminded me and so many other men that we are stronger together and he was glad I was there.

F3 is not just about working out and strengthening our bodies.  It is about strengthening our friendships and faith together.  Holding each other accountable and being there for each other when life throws us a curve ball.  Whether it is a crisis at work, a health issue, or something else, the men of F3 have each others backs.  I cannot think of a better group to be a part of that develops leaders and works to better our community than F3.

Thank you men for coming out today to help me celebrate my 2 year anniversary with his great group of HIMs.
