Two line Mosey to the Turf field on West St.

Thang One – Turf Field
7 of Diamonds
Performed on a large diamond (i.e. a square); we use the outside of a baseball field, but any large area will work. For the first round, do 7 reps of an exercise (burpees) at each of the 4 corners with a mosey (or sprint) in between corners. Each round, increase by 7 reps with a different exercise each round, for a total of 4 rounds. Round 2, 14 four count flutter kicks at each of the 4 corners. Round 3, 21 merkins at each of the 4 corners. Round 4, 28 squats at each of the 4 corners. If time allows, continue for a total of 7 rounds, decreasing the reps by 7 for each of the last 3 rounds with exercises of the Q’s choice. We will do some rounds on your own, then wait for the six each round; and some rounds we do as a group. Q’s choice.

I modified the exercises to save time. The principle I was trying to reach here was 1) keep it simple, use the exicon 2) master the basics, earn the right to get creative, 3) practice HTC and cadence counting as well as single count, on my up/on my down.

This was the quote I shared with the PAX, another all time favorite. It worked out well as I shared with the PAX the purpose in running these Q Schools. We’ll never be perfect yet we can strive for EXCELLENCE. Why should we take our Q’s seriously? Why uphold a high standard? Why study How To Count? Because we are what we repeatedly do. IMHO we’ll be able to EH at higher conversion rates. Our goal should be to strive for EXCELLENCE everyday not just when we feel like. How we one thing is how we do all things. Excellence in ALL things. Aye!

Everyday I ask myself who I can add value to?
Today it was my F3 Brothers. I’m teaching (attempting to) everything I feel is valuable to know. I’m sharing from my experiences and what I’ve learned from my mistakes. Not everyone is a self starter, not everyone is outspoken, not everyone will ask for help. As Leaders it’s our responsibility to meet our people where they are. IMHO I feel we UPPED our game. We gave it all we have and that’s all we can ask for.
I threw Bearings, Gordon’s, Tiny Dancer and Persian Kitten in the ring half way through the fight. They responded like the HIM’s they are. Proud moment for sure. Having OG Cousin Eddie in the attendance was a real treat. He’s a walking Exicon. Daisy is one the PAX who inspires me the most. He IMO is the definition of Excellence. Ace’s aren’t hard to spot. Co-ax put in the work boyyyyyyyy (Cable Guy’s 2.0). Glad you came back to coffeeteria huh? Townie was looking too fresh with that Sweeney Todd cut, I knew that wasn’t a Great Clips haircut (too much sauce). It’s cool seeing Lambeer, Gordon’s, Limewire, Indeed, Overthrow 8/30, & Unicyle F3 Leadership being developed right before my eyes. Keep an eye on these HIM’s. Dingo – my DAWGGGG. Abu with the double tap, I see you bro! Dabo great times at Sparrow. Disclaimer I thought your ankle hurt? Didn’t seem like it big DOG.
