Introduction

I woke up this morning pretty much feeling like I was run over by the IPC truck.  My feet, knees, legs, and chest all hurt, but we don’t get up for easy so let’s get it done.  I walked around a little bit and I slowly started to loosen up and feel a little bit better.  I met a few guys from the neighborhood and we rode to the Complex together.  The 4.5 mile ride helped us all loosen up a bit more.

Conditions: Nice clear, dark sky, & approx 65*.

Warm-O-Rama

Disclaimer was read & we counted off to make sure we do not lose anyone.

The route was given to the PAX on Slack and I also verbally gave instructions on where we would be going this morning.

The Thang

We headed west toward through the paved trails of the Complex until we reached Modaff.  We then headed north until we hit Bailey Rd.  Once we got to Bailey we headed east until we hit Wehrli Rd.  We started to then head back toward the Complex.  We went south to 87th st before we headed down the hill toward Whalon Lake.  Once we hit the lake we went straight west until we made it back to the Complex.

Circle of Trust

CoT was cut short due to getting back to the flags at approximately 3 minutes behind schedule.  The message was brief and I asked the men in our group to lead from the front in all aspects of our life.

Naked Man Moleskin

This morning was great, even though I was not all that excited to get out of bed. I am extremely grateful to the brotherhood for forcing me out due to not wanting to let anyone down. Special thanks to Nair, Smalls, Dehydrated Onions for the ride to the Complex this morning.  I also hope Waterfall didn’t get a ticket on the way home as he was tearing up the pavement trying to get home.
