Indian Run split into 4 groups and heading over to the side of the school!
Thang 1: Railroad Tracks
Went Old School and stayed in the 4 groups of 7 each. 1st Pax ran 5 yards dropped to plank, 2nd Pax ran and jumped over 1st Pax and then ran 5 yards and planked. Did this down the side of the parking lot.
Thang 2: Quarter Pounder
Run 1st Light: 25 Merkins and run back.
Run 2nd Light: 50 Squats and run back
Run 3rd Light: 75 LBC’s and run back
Run to the end: 100 SSH and run back
Thang 3: 200’s (Partner up)
200x Thrusters w/coupon
200x Squats w/coupon
200x Curls w/coupon
Partner 2 runs down to 1st Island does 20 SSH and runs back to relieve partner 1

A small writeup about my brother that I read today.
From day one without knowing it, I loved my brother with all my heart. As we grew older I looked up to you and to no other. Yes we fought many times but you supported and encouraged me in everything I did. You were my best friend and I will always cherish the times we had.
I celebrate you today and everyday because the memories shall forever reside in my mind. Wishing you joy on your birthday today in Heaven. In my heart you shall forever remain, despite the fact that you are not with me on earth today. Happy Birthday Eric.

Naked Man Moleskin
As I told this in the group today my brother passed away from a massive heart attack and dies instantly at the age of 48. He leaves behind my SIL and 3 nieces and nephew. The last 4 months have been hard for the whole family and I have made 4 flights down to Atlanta over the last few months to be there for them thru this process.
Today would have been my brothers 49th Birthday so I thought it was only fitting to Q today to remember him as I know this day would be very difficult.
Reach out to your siblings and tell them you love them! That is one wish I still had today with my brother.
